A two night minimum is required for booking a vacation rental. Weekly rates are available at 6 nights at regular rates and the 7th night is free. DEPOSIT/FINAL PAYMENT A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. A valid credit card for security purpose will be required with the final payment. We accept checks, money orders, cash, Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3% processing fee for credit card payments. PETS/ANIMALS Ask about our pet-friendly rentals. Not all of our homes are pet friendly. Please be sure that you can bring your pet along before you make a reservation. Bringing pets to non-pet friendly home may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement. There are facilities in Florence that will board your animal. CLEANING FEES A non-refundable cleaning fee is required for all homes. Fees vary depending on the size of the home. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT You may check in any time after 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am SHARP! KEY PICK-UP Keys can be picked up at the Dolphin Property Management, Inc. office located at 1830 29th Street (29th and Hwy 101) in Florence. Our office is 1/2 block east of Highway 101 at 1830 29th Street. Dune Acres and Oma's Cottage in Lakeside have lock boxes. Please call our office in advance for the box code. AFTER HOURS KEY PICK-UP If you will be arriving after hours please call our office in advance to arrange for key pick-up. KEY RETURN Keys can be returned to our office. There is a drop box for after hours key returns. OFFICE HOURS Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your arrival. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. If you must cancel 30-15 days prior to your arrival the deposit paid will be forfeited unless the house can be re-rented. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival no monies will be returned. There are NO REFUNDS for early departures. Changing properties constitutes a cancellation. CHANGES A $10 fee will be charged for each change made to your reservation (i.e. changing dates, decreasing length of stay with-in cancellation period, etc.). RETURNED CHECKS There will be a $50 fee for returned checks regardless of the reason. RATES Rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. |
